Holidays at Haus Goldschmied Apartment at the backside of the farmhouse
The newly renovated apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It is located at the back of the main house Farmhouse Goldschmied (additional space for up to 12 people). The apartment has its own entrance and is equipped as follows:
- Cosy living room with corner-bed-bench (sleeping possibility for 2 persons) and satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher without tabs, 4-plate electric stove with and oven, fridge and freezer, coffee machine and ample crockery), dining area, bedroom with double bed, wood stove, spacious bathroom with shower/toilet and washing machine.
The holiday apartment has central heating. The wood stove in the bedroom can be heated additionaly. Firewood is provided. Enjoy the covered terrace in front of the house.
We do not accept pets in our apartments. Bedding and towels are not provided but can be rented at an additional cost. Please note that we do not accept credit cards or debit cards. Our house is located at higher altitudes, so please make sure that your car is well prepared for the winter (at least winter tires, possibly snow chains)!
Stunning, peaceful location... The hiking and skiing areas of Hochfügen (approx. 15 minutes by car) and Spieljoch (approx. 5 minutes by car) can be reached by bus (bus stop approx. 15 minutes away) or by car. Our house is perfectly suited for your winter vacation ... In winter, parking is about 50 metres from the house.
The Spieljoch skiing area has 17 km of slopes, while Hochfügen - Hochzillertal offers 89 km of well groomed slopes that reach up to 2,500 metres above sea level.

- Bedding and towels are NOT provided! Please let us know if you wish to rent them. We can provide them at prior notice at a surcharge of € 10,00 per person per stay for bedding and € 8,00 per person per stay for towels. Please bring your own tea towels
- Final cleaning: € 80,00
- A once-off surcharge of € 30,00 applies for short stays of up to 3 nights
- An additional fee (local tourist tax) € 1,50 per night applies for any person of 15 years and older
- Between April and November the use of the central heating is not included in the price. However, you can light a fire in one of the stoves any time you like!
- Please note that there is no space for pets!
- We do not accept credit cards.
